Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sukhadiya Chatrabhuj.

Since we prepare fresh sweets, snacks, and other food products specifically for each order, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided they have not entered the preparation or dispatch process.
  • Once an order has been processed, prepared, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders placed during festivals, special occasions, or promotional sales may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:

  • Payment was deducted, but the order was not successfully placed.
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
  • The ordered item is unavailable, and no replacement is accepted by the customer.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged due to our packaging or handling.
  • The order could not be delivered due to reasons attributable to us.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or cancellations will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after placing an order.
  • Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.
  • Failure to receive the order because the recipient was unavailable.
  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, traffic disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • Minor variations in colour, shape, size, weight, or packaging, as our products are freshly prepared and handmade.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund, where applicable

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
