International orders usually take 6–8 working days, subject to customs. Orders are processed in 1–2 working days and dispatched within 7–10 days of payment. Tracking is shared by Email or SMS, though delays or damages caused by courier services are beyond our control.

Damaged or lost parcels must be reported within 24 hours with photos or videos; refunds or replacements are processed after courier confirmation.
